      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks mate, I've been trying &amp;nbsp;to speak to someone all morning but they either send me here, to the website which just provides basic tips or they try and get an engineer appointment booked which I feel like is pointless as I know the problem and it's not anything technical. I appreciate what you've said here but is there an email address or something like that I can go to as all the phone lines are automated and don't seem to grasp what I'm saying&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
