If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>No internet</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Power and WiFi lights are green on my router but internet and voice are red.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Followed troubleshooting guidelines 5+ times, disconnecting and reconnecting cables and restarting, no luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Running an internet check shows there are no problems in my area and my device is connected but I haven't had internet since 5pm.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
