I don't know how many times since I changed contract and changed to sky 'max' broadband, that I've had problems with the internet! Every time I use the my sky app to check my connection, it says my connection is fine but it quite clearly isn't! I have children in the house that use the internet for their devices plus Netflix and Disney+ I'm having to use my mobile data on multiple occasions due to the rubbish internet provided by Sky! And quite frankly, I'm not willing to continue paying for it. If this persists, I will be seeking an alternative broadband and tv provider.
