Hello i got a message in behalf of sky from openreach and says to confirm, access or more but unfortunately i cannot respod to it. What should I do in that way? There is no place to text back at all.

@Scheggia usually these come by an automated text so you simply reply with the word CONFIRM or ACCESS the robot wont accept any other reply

Yes but cannot do it this at all.

There is no place to write down even the simply answer. The message box is locked.

You will have to call Sky as they might be able to contact Openreach for you.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

https://www.sky.com/help/home

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

@Scheggia You may just have to look at the mobile, and there is multiple text variants so one of those will probably allow you to reply to the text!
