If thst speed is below the guaranteed speed the hub should offer further help or call Sky.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If however that is not the issue the problem is in your home in which case intially reboot the hub as thst may help with &amp;nbsp;interference issues&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
