      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have called twice to upgrade my broadband and accept a price per month it's not been changed on my sky app so I called again and this advisor made excuse after excuse it's not him tht processes updated contracts it's the first person I called and he can't offer this price , and sky has many call centres , ect .he has atleast made a note of the situation as the contact is there at the price agreed &amp;nbsp;but what can be done not been contacted by anytime willing to help .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
