This appears to be a broadband issue, rather than Sky Stream, so I'll move your post to a more suitable forum.

Edited to add: if you're checking your speed via a device connected over wifi, it's your wifi speed your checking, not the speed being delivered to your Sky Hub.

See this for an explanation and a link to the service checker which will tell you the speed being delivered to your Hub

Despite paying for a full fibre 300mb/s internet service, I have conducted numerous speed tests on various applications and devices, only to obtain speeds ranging from 30 to 50mb/s, with a rare occurrence of 70mb/s on a good day. This significantly falls short of the advertised speeds and represents less than a quarter of the potential bandwidth I am entitled to. I request that someone investigate this matter, as I am beginning to regret the decision to switch to Sky Internet. It is imperative that Sky Internet provides its customers with at least 80% of the advertised speeds, especially when they advertise speeds of “up to” 300mb/s.

Despite my awareness, even in a realistic scenario, I am not obtaining a satisfactory internet connection over WiFi. Therefore, if you are paying for 300 Mbps and receive a response indicating that the issue is WiFi-related, you should anticipate a speed reduction of at least 50%. All of my most frequently used devices, such as my TV, computer, and so on, are connected via wired connections. In contrast, my mobile phones and security cameras utilise WiFi.
