Had a new router as I have upgraded my service to fibre however the signal now around the house is much worse than before with either a very slow service or buffering this never used to happen, we have conducted speed tests on the device and receiving very low speed, this is not the service I am paying for

@Col19 there are a couple of reasons why wifi range decreases when upgrading Sky broadband. The first is where the customer has Sky Q tv boxes and switches to a white Sky hub which no longer allows the Q boxes to act as wifi extenders. Thecsecond is where the new full fibre connection is in a different position so the hub has moved.

Does either of those apply ro your situation?
