&lt;P&gt;As we are customers here and if a reboot of your hub doesn't bring it back to life then as I presume you did before you will need to call Sky support about this to chase this up with them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had no broadband or internet or phone since Wednesday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;There was an outside power cut fixed by National Grid.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;since then I have had no broadband.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I've done all required regards online instructions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Sky Engineer came yesterday. No fault at property and said it's an OpenSource issue and should be fixed overnight.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;today I still have no broadband and no further information from Sky to say when I'm going to be connected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;my neighbour is on Sky and has no issues with Broadband&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what is happening please ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
