Since upgrading in February and getting the new super duper white max modem my wifi keeps dropping out around my home. (Previous couple of years I had no issues). Sky engineer installed a new phone socket, still have issues. Sky engineer installed the older black modem ad he said the new ones have issues, and I still have issues. Sky engineer over the telephone says I have too many devices. (23) ie two Glass tvs, 4 wifi plug sockets, 4 smart bulbs, nest thermostat, google hub, washing machine, three cctv cameras and my mobile phone. Had all these items working fine in the past with no issues yet until i too out a new contract and the upgrade.
