Hi everyone,

I have started having problems with Google Play App downloads/updates in the last few days along with Youtube not working correct on Android devices.

I found this post that explains the same issue (Answered: Can't update or install apps on android or YouTube... | Sky Community), is anyone able to help with what I need to do?

@deanac83 as you can see from that thred Sky traced and rectified the issue in January. If it is recurring I suggested calling Skybtonreport it.

In case this helps anyone, I spoke to Sky Support and the issue does appear to have been resolved now.
