This has been an ongoing problem for months!!!!!!!!!! An open reach engineer attended today and apparently fixed the issue. They have not. I Ethernet keeps cutting out. Please advise steps moving forward. I am so over Sky and the horrendous service over this matter.

I had a Sky engineer booked for last week who never even showed and when I looked it was like my appointment had just vanished.

I have to spoken to EE today and had prices from them and can move forward with them at anytime.

I have been a loyal customer of Sky for a number of years now , bills paid on time everytime.

I need this resolved once and for all asap or I will have no other choice but to go with another provider. If it cannot be fixed then I need to be told this. I don't understand how it can be great for 4 months then it's back dropping out 2/3/4 times an hour.

@Karen358888 if it is a line issue switching to EE will simply mean the issue moves with you as they their network uses same line. If you have a partial fibre supply which uses a copper phone line from the cabinet these are prone to fsults. Openreach will only do basic repairs which often do not solve the issue. If you have a black hub post its connection stats and forum members should be able to see if there is a line fault Sky Hub statistics
