My broadband still hasn't been activated and I've been trying to call Sky all day but the call keeps failing is there anyway they could call me?

@AIH2001 No sky can't call you has they can't identify you from a forum post

however activation can occur anytime upto midnight

It says that it doesn't recognise my number and asks for a phone number connected to the account, when I type the number the line disconnects. I thought maybe it was my signal but I've tried it multiple types in different areas

How did you make your order was it over the phone ? Is it possible that you might have made a mistake when giving your phone and say a digit wrong
