&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the hub is nonconnecting check the cable from the telephone socket or ONT is properly plugged in. If youb are trying to use a different phone socket it could well be due to that socket nit supporting broadband.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
