Why are you raising the price of services without asking whether we agree or not? That's why I plan to change your services to another operator!

@Plamen87 When you signed up to Sky you would have been on a new customer deal, these only last a specific time, this would have been explained at the time (18 or 24 months), it is up to you to keep a note of when discounts end.

The T&C's you agreed to explain this very clearly that after your discounted deal ends you are charged the listed prioce.

It's just that my contract has already expired and without asking me if I want to renew it they are raising my price, so I'll think about whether I'll still be a Sky customer.

It is up to you to contact Sky to negotiate any new deal, if you don't you pay the listed price as previously explained.

There is no guarantee that you would be offered the same kind of deal when you do negotiate.

Unless you’ve changed your subscription, prices go up for either the annual price increase (April in the UK) or when your discounts are ending.

If you’re no longer in a discounted minimum term, or its ending soon the best new discounts are normally acquired by calling Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.
