    <description>&lt;P&gt;Fibre cable brought into the house premises . Drilled the hole but the white attachment cap into the premises is dangling , loosely. I wasn't asked re the position but attached it on to the wall very untidily ( not in a straight line. Took the black coving off. Which he mentioned he should have kept it on,then attached it to the hub.contacted the openreach . They asked me to take pictures &amp;amp; send them . I did but now within a fortnight. They closed the case. Don't know what can be done, Not being technical &amp;amp; older widowed person don't know what is best ?Help what can I do ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
