I cannot find a number for Sky anywhere that is not a bot or something that says go check 'sky community or the help page' before hanging up...

I have walked through the broadband tester numerous times and it says everything is good when it is not.

Any further help would be appreciated

As above. We have had WiFi for over 14 days now, a 300Mb package. The WiFi keeps dropping which is affecting us as we do a lot of working from home. We have found we are constantly dropping in and out of meetings, requiring us to use or mobile data in some cases to reconnect. The service tracker says everything is good but we can't seem to stay consistently connected.

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
