    <description>&lt;P&gt;Been having Internet issues for about a couple of weeks now. Reported online and and one of the sky engineers addressed stating there was a faulty cable at our exchange, engineer reported back that issue had been resolved. Since then we have still been having Internet issues even worse than the initial issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will need this addressed now ASAP as this is causing major eggs as me and partner work from home.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Give Sky a call to report the issue appears unresolved. Dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline if it's still working. You can't report a fault here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For customers working from home remember that Sky Broadband is a domestic service so you won’t receive any extra or quicker support.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
