      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try unplugging the tv for the&amp;nbsp; mains for a few minutes&amp;nbsp; then plug it back in holding the power button&amp;nbsp; in at the&amp;nbsp; same time see if that works, and then check your network&amp;nbsp; settings if it comes&amp;nbsp; on&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
