this is a joke trying to get in touch with someone from sky.. ive already got one sky max pod but were moving the office to anouther room and i need wifi in the other room and i know from device's the wifi struggle to get to that side of the house.

but i cant get in touch with anyone actually get one ordered or on the way...

@powell251 normally Sky will want to send out a Broadband engineer before issueing a second pod. I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
