Turning your hub on and off won't fix a fault it's a pointless exercise doing so.

Hi so around 2pm the Internet cut out, I contacted sky around 4 pm, talked to someone from the live chat, they said someone from open reach was out there already trying to fix an issue, so I'm guessing someone around me has the same problem? I'm not sure, but like also of house holds, we depend on the Internet, for work, and entertainment, (we have 2 children under the age of 5), it's now 9:15pm, and still no Internet, I'm not sure what else to do, I'll be calling sky tomorrow when there phone live is open for supoprt, but I'm not sure if open reach works until the problem is fixed, in shifts, or finish at 5, and come back in the morning, or even if they work on the weekend, I'm not sure what I can do, I'm using all of my phone data at the moment and it's getting low, iv done all of the usual fixes turning hub off, resetting etc but still nothing is working, so im guessing it's an issue at the exchange, any help would be amazing.
