    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am fed up with the service I have had from sky since I have been with you I have constantly been losing Internet service at intervals everyday this has been over 2 years, I complained once before. What am I paying for? I listen to online music it's interrupted every time. I watch a film and have to wait for the Internet as it crashes all the time. I feel ripped off. I work from home and my Internet crashes and causes my meetings to be cancelled. I am just fed up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
