<title>topic Broadband installation limbo in Broadband</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Broadband-installation-limbo/m-p/4952557#M477846</link>
<description>Today we had the engineer come to install our broadband. He said 'something is wrong' - we have a red light that should be green. He said Openreach need to fix it but we won't be told when or how soon. He also said he didn't know what the problem is. Is there a way to get a more definitive answer? I wamt to fully terminate my full works package with Virgin, but am loath to without having my full Sky setup working. Not thrilled at the lack of clarity, just to be told Openreach will come at somepoint without warning to resolve the unknown problem.</description>
