WiFi keeps dropping on iPhone

I had Sky installed in my new home yesterday, but my iPhone constantly drops off WiFi if I walk about 4 meters from where it is located (it completely does not work upstairs). My WiFi is showing as connected but then goes to 4G. I ran tests to check Sky Broadband when upstairs, & these are coming back as fine.

I have turned off Sky Assist & turned on/off my iPhone. My husband also has an iPhone, and he does not have this problem.

Why does this keep happening?

If your husband also has an iPhone and the issue doesnt occur on their phone then this suggests a problem with your device specifically. What model does your husband have vs what you have? What iOS version is installed on your husbands phone vs yours?

I can check tonight (after work), although we have used Sky broadband for years & not had this issue until we moved house... (when we moved on 20/3/25 both our iPhones were working with no issues, using Sky)...

Update.. due to ongoing problems, a Sky engineer has installed three Sky max pods range extenders to my property, this seems to have resolved the issue.
