Unable to Access Tanzanian Government Website (https://ors.brela.go.tz)

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone here can help or has experienced something similar.

I’m trying to access the Tanzanian government website [removed] which I’ve used before without issues. But recently, every time I try to open it, I get a ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT error.

Here’s what I’ve tried:

Confirmed the site is up and working (checked with friends and external tools)
Accessed it successfully from a friend’s house (he’s on Virgin Media, I’m on Sky)
Used different devices and browsers — same result
Tried a VPN (ProtonVPN) — no luck
Changed DNS to Google (8.8.8.8) and Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) — no change
Tried proxies — also timed out
Flushed DNS / reset network settings — still no access

At this point, it seems like Sky might be blocking or misrouting the connection to this domain, possibly due to how .go.tz domains are handled.

Has anyone experienced similar issues with government or international websites?
Is there a way to escalate this to the Sky tech team?
