    <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my services with Sky 2 weeks ago and had a new hub installed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now on the regular my broadband connection keeps dropping after being told I will get faster and better broadband and connection&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've rebooted (still counting) 6 times in Those 2 weeks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do wait patiently till it fixes or contact Sky to either problem solve or possibly cancel the agreement&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You could try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
