      <title>Broadband keeps disconnecting</title>

      <description>Hi My wifi is having some troubles as the devices keep disconnecting after sometime. It says captive portal detected and disconnects. The health on my sky app still shows all working but doesn't seem to be. It's an intermittent problem. Can this be checked please?</description>
