    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have now put and extender box in the room I use to work, this did not improve it but I have now been able to hard wire it in which worked better yesterday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Had to do this as my work is primarily doing sessions online. Don't know if this is something you could do also.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Microsoft Teams Calls Drop Out</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Everything on my internet is working fine such as running the TV and games consoles etc. However i work from home and have to do a lot of meetings Via Microsoft TEAMS and these drop out continually making it impossible to do my work. I thought it might be due to being on copper lines orignally, however i upgraded a couple of months ago to fibre to try and solve the issue and this has not work. I don't know what else i can do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Same here. It just keeps dropping out, and I have done all te checks they recommend, even tried calling (pointless) and still no joy. I need to keep my job, and can't afford to go into the office everyday, so I would be interested to know how I'm supposed to get this issue fixed too.</description>

Teams actually does not need much bandwidth (less thsn 10Mb.s) BUT is intolerant of interuptions in the data flow which poor wifi is prone to due to interference. Ethernet cables are highly recommended as they are immune to interference. Where that isnt possible and you cannot work closer to the hub systems like powerline networking thst uses the properties mains wiring to carry the signal can help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Improving speed to the hub by switching to full fibre will not solve a wifi issue unless at thecsametime you improvectge WiFi signal in your home.&amp;nbsp;Poor WiFi coverage is probably the most common question we get in the forum. In many homes a single Sky hub cannot provide a usable wifi signal in every room due to the layout and type of construction of the property especially in older homes. Assuming the hub is in the best possible position which is out in the open on a surfsce then the only answer is additional wifi sources.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Your choice.is to either buy Sky's add-on WiFi Max bundle which can supply up to 3 extenders see&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;or buy your own wifi system and use that instead of the Sky hub's WiFi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
