I have a sky max broadband hub (white) with extenders. I've been using my mobile (Three Network) to make calls over the last few weeks and noticed the signal occasionally drops during the call, only for 5-10seconds, and then comes back. On one call the line had a similar voice delay, which was extremely frustrating.

I've read a number of threads here mentioning the MAP-T issue, but what's the best way to get Sky to look at my issue? Reluctant to sit on the phone for hours and not get anywhere.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions

I doubt its MAP-T causing the issue but you can follow the instructions in this post to request for it to be disabled.
