      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, does anyone know when this outage will be over? Everytime I check it says they're trying their best to fix it like&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's going on? My WiFi has been out for 2 days and I only have a few data left for the whole month&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":loudly_crying_face:"&gt;😭&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky what is going on!?&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_steam_from_nose:"&gt;😤&lt;/span&gt;. This is ridiculous, you should have informed us before this whole thing happened.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If there is a fault then it is the responsibility&amp;nbsp;of Openreach to fix and usually they aim to do this with a few working days depending on the nature and location of the issue. Sky can't pre-warn you if where a fault it likely to occur.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You might qualify for Broadband credit as per this:&lt;/P&gt;
