&lt;P&gt;If there is an outage in your area then it will be Openreacch that are tasked to fix it and usually they aim to fix such issues within a few working days.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You might qualify for broadband compensation:&lt;/P&gt;
