This would be odd if the fault was just at your home. Is there an area fault that you know of at all? Do neighbours have a connection?

Came home from work on the 13th March and when I turned the tv on there was no Sky or broadband. Ran the checks and registered the fault on the 14th. It's now 27th and still nothing. App just has messages acknowledging the fault and that there is an engineer booked but still to be confirmed. Was talking to Sky last week through one of the retail outlets and apparently it an eir issue and out of sky's hands. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!😡

I live in a rural area so not too sure. All I know is that the broadband wasn't there on the 13th and still isn't and as a result either is the TV service.
