Sky boost doesn’t work

The Sky booster is ineffective.
it doesn't boost the signal and makes no difference to my WiFi speed.

I've moved it to several locations around the house.
it's fully connected.

and still no improvement.

What kind of improvement are you looking for? Whats the original issue?

A booster wont necessarily increase the speed, infact it can sometimes reduce the speed in favour of range.

it doesn't boost the signal.
if I'm upstairs for instance the signal strength is the same with or without the boost on

Are you sure the booster is connected properly? What lights are showing on it?
