      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Sky broadband will be live this Friday but I am still waiting for Sky Hub. I know it is still a few days left but it's not even dispatched yet. What should I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You shouldn't need to do anything as all things being well the hub should be delivered before Friday. If it isn't with you by Friday at the latest and your Eder tracking shows that it hasn't been dispatched then give Sky a call about it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
