That is correct: the Max Hub is the hardware and WiFi Max is the set of services which runs on it.

Hub for Sky WiFi Max

I have recently updated to Sky WiFi Max and started to pay the bill including the extra serivce for Sky WiFi Max. But, it seems to me that nothing has happened to me so far, no increased WiFi speed from the exisiting Hub and no new hub sent to me. So, should I be expecting another hub to be sent me to for updating to Sky WiFi Max? Cheers.

You should have the white Max Hub.

Hi, thanks for your information. My existing hub is already the white Sky Max Hub, does it mean that no replacement hub is needed for my Sky WiFi Max?
