Ping is measured in milliseconds, not mb, and low figures are good in that context.

Are you using a business VPN solution to access that VM? There's a known issue with such technology and the use by Sky of IPv4 address sharing through Map-T on circuits with a white Max Hub.

I work from. Home and I can't remotely access an virtual machine. My it have looked at my laptop and did a speed test. My ping is very low < 1/2 mb generally meaning something is wrong with my line. Seems to be lots of outages. I am on the new sky fibre max. Why does sky tell me I have a good connection and not tell me the speed test results.. I want to see it. How can I monitor their broadband guarantee is being honoured? How can I get sky to look at this. Not happy.
