      <description>&lt;P&gt;hello, i received auto compensation for £1655 but my bill is only £29 a month so will take 5 years to clear this. is there anyway they can refund some of this to my bank? i was told on whatsapp they would sort it out for me but then i see posts on here saying i cant.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any help appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;My understanding is that it remains on your Sky account as credit. However, if you cancel your subscription before it's used up any remaining credit would be reimbursed to you a few weeks later.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I asked them this on the 30th October and the compensation was applied today, it was a vague answer when I asked I was told : we can look at refunding it to you when it is on your account ,when you get the notification let us know and we can organise that for you . &amp;nbsp;Problem is there shut till tomorrow and I was just concerned because this money would be a godsend for Christmas&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I did however ring Sky as soon as we received the letter we would be receiving the compensation and requested it to go into our current account as like you it's just under £1000 .. I was told that was fine and it would be processed how I requested.... now we wait and see if that is actually what happens!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
