topic Connection keeps dropping off in Broadband

For more than a month the WiFi connection keeps dropping. I work from home and attend college. The signal is really bad during meetings often I get disconnected and the screen freezes or the audio cuts in and out a lot. I will have to give a dissertation in a few months and I am concerned the bad connection might mess things up. Could there be a problem with the router. I have, had it for quite a while

@Tracey+T

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
