Talk talk failed to recognise that and continued to send me bills even though I had received Sky's equipment and installed it. However, when I login to WiFi it is still under the name of the talktalk router. Talk talk have now recognised that I am no longer their customer but I still can't login to sky broadband under the name on their router. The internet is working but unsatisfactory at present. The confusion over the supply may or may not have something to do with it.
