      <description>Hello there, I am a new sky customer. Yesterday I had my engineer come out to sort the phone line out but due to unforseen circumstances in the town I live in this was unable to be successful. I did get a text earlier yesterday morning saying my Internet would be remotely activated by midnight. This has not happened at all. I have tried unplugging everything and plugged everything back in again. I have tried re starting my router. All have been unsuccessful.</description>
