&lt;P&gt;Assuming you are streaming the most common issue is poor wifi connection to the hub. You can test the spedd if you have a Netflix account bybrunning their Network Test in their Apps Get Help,menu. Peope assume that having decent broadband speed automstically means every device will get decent wifi which isnt true,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Poor WiFi coverage is probably the most common question we get in the forum. In many homes a single Sky hub cannot provide a usable wifi signal in every room due to the layout and type of construction of the property especially in older homes.
