    <description>&lt;P&gt;Upgraded broadband to super fast with sky max hub, but since then we constantly lose internet connection, I have down a connection test which says ok, but on my to it says not connected and there is a problem connecting to the broadband router, constantly having to reset.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The service checker doesnt pick up line issues immeadiatly but it will tell you if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line if it doesnt call tgem and repirt the fault&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Assuming it isnt a line issue sounds like you need some wifi issues in your home again call Sky talk itvthrough with them thry may eithersend a WiFi extrndrr pod for you to improvectge signal in your home or arrange for an engineer to call.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
