Since taking the Sky fast fibre I have had nothing but problems with my WiFi connection.

i have spoken to customer service who sent me a hub extender which has made no difference.

im paying £70 a month for something that's not working as it should and its virtually impossible to get to speak to someone and when i do i get excuses.

i don't think I should be paying for a faulty product. I've asked to go back to my previous broadband but I can't. What can I do? I cannot keep reconnecting everything every time I want to use it for the next 2 years. I want this sorting properly or let out of this contract!
