&lt;P&gt;If this doesn't fix it what was the resukt of the broadband line test ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did all i could, lights are still green no Internet no WiFi,the app ses there is no issue at the area or adress .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4359319"&gt;@Julian01&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;there is a fault where all of the lights on the hub are green but no data passes.This is caused by an issue at Sky's end the recommended fix is to power down the hub for at least an hour and reconnect which should give you a new connection. Given these servers handle in excess of 6 million lines the occasional glitch is almost unavoidable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
