Now sky hub not compatible with private relay?

I can't seem to get my emails to appear on my phone and seems to be related to iPhone 18.2 release and private relay not being compatible on my sky hub? Is this why and do I need to do something on the hub or the phone?

@Paulineh2 i have had issues with private relay on my wife's account and some odd behavior with my iPhone bringing down emails but the issue doesn't seem related to Sky's hub it appears to be an issue at Apple's end as many people are affected ios18.2 is a large release.

This is nonsense! No issues with iOS 18.2 and private relay on virgin fibre since release.

had sky installed yesterday and it doesn't work with when private relay is activated. Please can you suggest setting change in sky hub to correct this issue? Kind regards

There are no Hub settings known to be relevant.
