    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm based in the newcastle area, and like others I seem to be having issues with&amp;nbsp; my wifi and youtube. I'll be watching a video and it will sometimes not start and other time just buffer and buffer,. These are videos I've been watching for years, and if I turn off my WiFi they work fine on my.mobile data.. this seems to be a similar issue to what people in the York area had., it's only been happening since.january this year. Others seem to be having thr same issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try running the line test here:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
