Your contract doesn't actually end in 3 days as nothing will happen with your Broadband should you do nothing although you are like;y to see a increase i what you are paying so the only thing you can do is to call Sky to see what they offer you and if they do you will need to make your mind up on the spot and it will come with a new 24 month contract.

Hi,

My current contract expires in 3 days, so I went looking for a contract renewal with a better deal. As a +50% charge increase for the same service is... crazy.

Thing is, it only shows me one option. I am currently on Full Fibre 500 but the only renewal option that gives me is to upgrade to Full Fibre 900. They also list an extra £10 for installment, which is totally unnecesary as well.

Funny thing is if I try to make a contract as if I were a new customer, it will show me the whole list of services (from Full Fibre 75 to 900).

Anyone can help me with this?
