&lt;P&gt;Since this started have you tried rebooting your broadband hub at the mains to see if that helps. If not then try running the line test here:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Devices not working on wifi</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Lately our phones are not connecting to our WiFi . Never had issues with it before it's mainly mobiles we have 3 in the house and all 3 are getting booted off the WiFi then will reconnect randomly . Apps don't load any help appreciated . Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
