My broadband has been dropping every few minutes for the last 24 hours. All usual checks completed.No point ringing Sky because they lie and say there is no issues in my area and then after being told the same thing over and over they turn up in the road and start work on the issues but still deny there are any issues.

@juliafroggie

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help then you will need to give Sky a call to report it to them. Whatever is causing this is likely to be an issue with your line only so remain on the line and say nothing if asked any questions by the bot,

I have done all that and as I said, they just lie when I ring but do eventually come out and do some work in the street.I have spoken to my neighbours on our WhatsApp group and they have the same issue.

Thanks for trying to help.;)
