&lt;P&gt;If it still down later then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/servicechecker" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/servicechecker&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If there isn't try running the line test here:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Out of the blue my internet was not working although I was connected to the wifi. The internet light became red. &amp;nbsp;On my laptop the sky webpage opened telling me instructions on what to do. After being unable to connect on the first try the instructions were to remove a cable from open reach and plug it directly to the black sky box. It seemed that my open reach did not have the purple cable your page stated and I removed a smaller green one. Now I also get a red light on the open reach on the LOS&lt;/P&gt;</description>
